This page describes the HealthCare Survey collection that TOP is doing.
As we figure out our campaign, we are getting feedback form our communities. One way we are doing that is by collecting surveys. When people fill out an online survey, they get the option to receive followup SMS messages and phone calls.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
There will be no more than one message a week.
